Hi, I'm Suzi!

Through my own personal journey, I have found the benefits of Positive Psychology & Wellbeing and believe we need to focus on our strengths and use them to live our best lives!

In January of 2018, my life crumbled as my heart was shattered by the loss of my son Muzz to suicide.

Who was I? What would become of me? I felt numb and had no idea how I was going to survive this tragedy. Where to begin?

As I began to try and put the pieces back together, I realised that life would never be the same again. And So began my new journey to find myself and rebuild my life.

After constantly searching online for meaning and information to help me, I was guided to study positive psychology and wellbeing, along with many self-help books and personal development courses.

This is the journey that led me to find the tools that helped me to function more effectively, and now I want to help you to do the same.

It’s not about being happy all the time, life doesn’t work that way, however, with finding our strengths and living to our own values, we have the tools to manage our emotions and cope with life’s challenges in a more productive way.
